After acquiring the laboratory technology product line of the Heraeus Quarzglas company 25years ago, we founded the QCS company. Therefore, we offer more than 55 years of experience and expertise in the quartz glass business for the benefit of our customers.

Our activity is focused on the customized production of quartz glass equipment in the field of research, pharmaceuticals and industry. We are producing individual one-of-a-kind items as well as standard and serial products, if required, even fully equipped quartz glass apparatus with electrical control systems.

Job description:

We are looking for a specialist in developing and manufacturing complex and sophisticated quartz glass equipment, apparatus and components.

Following an extensive on-the-job training you will be able to shoulder responsibility in good time and produce different, technically very complex and sophisticated quartz glass parts.

Your principal task lies in the autonomous production of sophisticated quartz glass equipment, apparatus, components and other technical quartz glass devices.

Your job profile:

• successfully completed professional training as glass apparatus maker
• good command of handicraft activities
• experience in mechanized glass processing
• ability to manufacture in accordance with designs, drafts and specifications
• ability of designing independently technical drawings
• flexibility and commitment

You should demonstrate a high degree of personal initiative and great personal commitment. Moreover, you should be familiar with manufacturing processes and technologies that are common and well-known in glass processing, and you should be willing to extent your skills and expertise. In addition, you should be able to analyze design drawings and to implement quality-conscious steps of procedure.
