Due to a special forming process (sol-gel process), we are able to manufacture products with extraordinary geometry as well as standard products. This kind of processing enables us to manufacture both, finished products and near-net-shaped products (minimal post processing) for series production as well as individual items. This process technology guarantees a high manufacturing quality as well as an excellent reproducibility.

Opaque material

This material made of a special raw material mix is characterized by an extraordinary homogeneous opacity with very good reflection properties. Therefore, these products can be subjected to higher temperature ranges.

Transparent material

It is made of synthetic raw materials that are characterized by an extremely high purity. This kind of material is used mainly in optical (not image based ones), analytical and technical applications.

Black material

It is a synthetic quartz glass with extraordinary optical and thermal absorption properties. This kind of material is used mainly in optical and thermal applications.
